Magee Plasterers completed this bedroom recently at TN4 Mount Ephraim. This room was a kitchen but changed into a bedroom. The house had been turned into flat sometime ago and was been changed back. The room had cornice work which was in a good state and was saved as a original feature. The walls were in a bad state of repair, a plaster primer was painted on to stabilise the old walls by slowing down suction and creating a better grip for new plaster. Loose plaster was removed and plasterboard was dot and dabbed to areas where brick work was exposed. Plasterers corner beads were fixed to corners to create nice straight lines and angles. This room finished really well and the home owner Andy was really happy. Please browse my before and after photos below.
